  Terrible customer service, when someone reports an incident its usually acknowledged within the required time frame but after that you very rarely get a reply to any on going querys relating to the original complaint . I and several other residents reported a neighbour for a string of unsocial behaviour problems over the past 2 years and still this resident is being allowed to disrupt other residents lives. He caused the same problems at a previous address and Alliance Homes are aware of this yet 2 years down the line we are no nearer a solution to the problem. He erected a 14ft CB radio antenna that interfered with residents tv. radio, Wi-Fi signal and mobile phone signal and when resident complained he was told to take it down, yet again that was 6 months ago and still nothing has been done about it. Staff rarely reply to phone calls or e-mails about complaints ,you have to keep on and on at them to get anything done.
