- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The treatment I received from Heritage as a prospective customer was absolutely DISGUSTING. I went to view a property which the women doing the viewing obviously had never even seen herself before as she took me to the wrong apartment! She was not interested in me at all, did not ask me any questions about my career or treat me as a potential tenant in the slightest. I was made to feel as if she had decided I was not going to be a candidate for the property as soon as she laid eyes on me and as I am a well presented person who takes pride in their personal apearance and attire, I can ONLY assume this decision was made by her because of the colour of my skin! (I am not white) Although I was made to feel very awkward, I loved the property and said I would take it. I rang the woman in the office and told her I would like to be considered and never heard anything back!!! They did not even have the DECENCY to send a quick email to tell me I had not been successful. These estate agents are RACIST and their behaviour on this occasion was PURE DISCRIMINATION. Absolutely DISGUSTING. If you are not completely white or do not fit into the British middle/upper class stereotype I would steer well clear of this company. AWFULBy Admin, December 09, 2017
